Atlantic Station

0 Comments Posted by Kevin

Atlantic Station is a mixed-use neighborhood northwest of Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. Planning started in the 1990s then officially opened in 2005.

The neighbor hood is built on the former brownfield site of the Atlantic Steel mill. Atlantic Steel operated from 1901 to 1997. From 1908-1922 Thomas K. Glenn was the company's president and a replica of his office exists as one of the three period rooms in the Millennium Gate museum.

This image was taken on assignment and during a Screen on The Green event and shows the Regal Cinema 16 and Strip steak house.
